Year 11 Hospitality and Catering

This week the Year 11 Hospitality and Catering student took part in a live Choux Pastry cook along session with Miss Sinden. Students chose to make eclairs or profiteroles. They piped the pastry with whipped fresh cream and decorated with melted chocolate.

Well done to all.

A special mention to Nick, Luke, Gethan and Jess who cooked brilliantly from home.
