The Food department and our students are continuing with their live cook along journey. Today two year 11 groups had the opportunity to make spring rolls with homemade filo pastry. It was a challenge but we had fun and achieved some amazing results. One student even adapted hers and made some fabulous looking samosas to go with a home-made curry. I am so proud of my food students. They are amazing (as are their parents/carers for their continued support).
Next week we are revisiting how to portion a chicken.
