Today 11C Food Preparation and Nutrition made Flatbreads, otherwise known as Unleavened Bread.
These versatile yeast-free breads originated in Egypt, but many cultures have their own versions. Breads of all varieties are a useful skill to include in the upcoming NEA2 practical, so today’s lesson may or may not be helpful for the planning of their Non-Examined Assessment.
